WHITE FENCES is considered an equestrian paradise by horse enthusiasts worldwide.

The individual lots are 5 to 15 acres in size, all lined by white fences.
It holds 15 mansion-type residences; an additional 3 may still be built.

All properties feature equestrian training facilities, most have spacious stablehouses, some have impressive indoor riding arenas .
There is a public section for major tournaments with several arenas and dressage fields, and ample space for a tent camp to facilitate participating horses.

Between January and April WHITE FENCES is host to 6 dressage tournaments, among them the internationally recognized and famous PALM BEACH DRESSAGE DERBY.

WHITE FENCES is a gated community; the entire area is fenced and can be entered only through electronically secured gates.

It is located a half hour's drive west of West Palm Beach, and 15 minutes north of the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club, where every year at the end of November the Nationals and subsequently the Winter Equestrian Festival are held. That area hosts app. 5,000 participating horses between November and late March.

At the same time, the neighboring INTERNATIONAL POLO CLUB PALM BEACH is host to the most prestigious polo tournaments of the world.
